Seraphine Lewis

Seraphine Lewis is an Indigenous creative residing on her ancestral lands. Her work right now is opening up dialogue surrounding the Catholic church and their relationship to Indigenous communities. She is a Squamish and Haida artist that explores themes around religious iconography through various multidisciplinary practices and tries to come to terms with her morbid fascination with religion and how it has affected Indigenous people.
